Quest buggy?

Ist die Quest [Die zerschmetternde Hand] buggy? Also die beim zwieten mal. Bei der man den Schlüssel klauen muss vom Tazan... Weil ich den schon 12 mal bestohlen hab und der des immer noch gedroppt hat -.-
